Was very impressed with the twice a week text messages to keep me updated on the repair process. That was very helpful - and gave me talking points with the insurance person who pushed me to go get the car before it was actually ready! Although this shop had changed hands (to yours) so wasn't the place I THOUGHT I would get the repair done, it nevertheless turned out to be a good choice!

I was very pleased and impressed with the twice per week updates on the progress of the car repair. Monika was very professional and helpful with dealing with the insurance company. Although this business had changed hands (to yours) so was not the place I THOUGHT my car would be repaired, it turned out to be a very good choice.

-minimal prep or work area -glue and other residue left on the vehicle after the work was complete -clear coat had dust particles -scratches and other marks found on the side of the car that was not suppose to get any work done
