You all did an amazing Job! The customer service was beyond compare! Monika checked in with me twice a week and even if there wasn’t much to update she still made me feel that there was always someone working and caring about me and my car. The work looks great but what really stood out to me was the communication and the level of care I felt I was receiving from the estimator, Monika.

Monika was amazing to work with. In a time where a lot of things were going wrong she was able to listen and work with what I had. I felt like I would have been stressed working with a auto body place and this was not the case. Monika always let me know what stage in the process we were in and I felt like she also had my best interest in mind.
