Paint work and reassembly were very good, but the torn right rear wheel well liner was not replaced. It is missing portions of the front and rear cover. Justin has arranged for this to be replaced so I am satisfied that will happen.

There were many items that were visibly not changed that they charge the insurance company for and I did not receive not one phone call the whole time my car was in the shop and it took two weeks longer than expected and it was returned to me on empty and I dropped it off half tank

My lights didn't work after them having my car for 2 weeks, so I had to take it back into them because my break lights and turn signals didn't work so I couldn't drive really. I turned my car in with 1/2 a tank and got it back on basically empty. And on the bill it says both head lights were replaced and obviously only 1 was.

So I scheduled to drop the car off on a mon we spoke on tue about scheduling I had called in 3 separate times and when I dropped my car off the lady told me I wasn't even on the books she had no idea I was coming. Then because that confusion it went from having my car for 1 weeks to almost 3 weeks because nothing was ordered. I had to keep calling and checking on the vehicle everytime someone would say Justin was going to call me he didn't. He didn't even have my correct phone number that was on thr paperwork I filled out when dropping the car off. And apon picking my car up. Since I now have 1 brand new head light 1 old dingy headlight to bring my car in and Jose will polish the other old side. It's a total eye sore.

The scheduling was a little frustrating. I had to keep calling to get information. Ended up having to reschedule drop off 2 times because someone forgot to secure a rental. Eventually got it in and the shop did a really great job on my vehicle, even clean and detailed it. Would be 10/10 but I feel like I kept getting forgotten about until I would call.
