Replacing a side mirror took over two and a half weeks. I made two calls, one each week asking when it would be ready. I never received any calls back. Cheryl almost lost my business the day I dropped off my car. Christy was fabulous when I came to get my car. She helped me get my grandkid’s car seats out of the rental back into my car. The work done was very good and they cleaned the car as well.

The repair of my vehicle is very good. They also cleaned my car inside and out. When I dropped off my car for repairs, I spoke to the manager about the difference in their quote and my insurance quote which was around $1100. I requested to have one part replaced rather than everything on their quote since I was unable to pay the difference. Because of this, the manager said it was fraud and she could lose her job, possibly go to jail. I almost left to go somewhere else. The repair of replacing a side mirror took almost 3 weeks. During that time, I called twice to get an update. I was told both times they would have to check with someone else but they never called me back. When I was notified the repair was complete, the staff was very nice and helped me move car seats from the rental over to my car. I was very impressed and treated with kindness.

The car looks great. BUT it now shakes when it gets above 60-70 mph. It did Not do this before. The alignment CC did UNaligned the car. I called and reported this and I was told I’d get a call back when the guy was in town. I haven’t heard anything ….???
