Both my back door handle and gas cap needed to be replaced. I walked into Classic Collision without an appointment. Rob took a look at my car right away, and he immediately ordered parts. Cheryl took care of scheduling an appointment for me to come back when the parts came in. It was the most seamless experience I’ve had at an auto repair shop. I strictly dealt with Rob and Cheryl and they made it so easy for me. Both were professional, courteous and efficient. Accept for the fact that I was told that there is service to bring me back home after the car was delivered for work. The car they use is not working. I burned my gas 4 times!
