Hello, I did not realize the windshield was specified to be aftermarket. Hopefully between the insurance company and glass repair they can help on this issue, but I did find my rearview mirror now vibrates while going down the road. It appears to be either broken or not fully connected all the way. I have not been able to get this tightened. When I recieved the truck, my front 2 tires were at 32 psi and my back 2 were as normal at 65 psi. I'm not sure why air was taken out of my front 2 tires, but not the back, or touched at all. I then found my power wire cut inside my cab for my dashcam battery. Not sure how this has happened, but it appears that my truck has been gone through with a vacuum. The repair on the hood looks great but was confused why other sections of the hood were not addressed causing the clear to not lay flat. It was discussed the repair was to repair the damages from the direct insurance claim. This has left me with having to buff out certain section so to not be noticeable or to be fixed later. The only positive of the whole experience was dealing with David in the Hampstead office. I feel like you are misleading the public by leaving the Registers sign up, while operating under a several different names. The shop wrecked my truck, and never disclosed any info on the wreck, which left my insurance covering damages to the other vehicle in the collision. Anyone with any integrity would have covered all damages. I was also told some of the damages to my vehicle were pre-exsisting to the wreck and would not be repaired which is a lie. Ive taken my vehicles to this location for 20 years and have always had a good experience until now. I will surely be looking elsewhere to cary my buisness.
