I can’t say enough about Dave. Not only did he clearly explain the process and guide me through it, he touched base frequently to let me know the status. He was patient, polite and professional. And he went so far above and beyond when I left my phone in the rental car, he brought it to my house on his way home from work! Took too long and did not do all the repairs I asked for . Did not try to make me a happy customer when confronted about it. The repair center they bought out had a great reputation but this one won’t for long.
