The communication was excellent, so I never had to call. My car looks good; it was very clean. You made sure I had my rental. It was as hassle-free as anything I dealt with in a long while. From dropping off my vehicle to picking up, everything went smoothly. They kept me up to date on the process of what was happening with my car. Called my insurance company to figure out my deductible. Very friendly. Was able to leave rental car there for them to come down and pick up.

I am satisfied with the repairs but I’m not satisfied with the communication after I dropped my vehicle off to the shop they had my truck for four days before they even look at it or ordered the part. Travis failed to contact me or leave a voicemail with questions he needed answered. I will not be using your who again due to the experience I had.
