My rear view camera is still not working i showing upside down.and to me that's a very important safety feature to have in my car.so I am very disappointed.that that was not fixed.because for whatever reason after the hit it didnt work right.

The only reason I'm not scoring a perfect score is because I made it very clear when I dropped off my car that my rear view camera was not working correctly.My number one concern in purchasing a car is always safety and I believe my review camera is very much for safety so I made it very clear that I wanted them to check out why my camera was not working because it was working before I was rear-ended. So for that reason I am upset but as far as the work that they did on my car and in the timely manner that they did it I am pleased I am pleased with the way that they constantly kept me informed through text message. And everybody that I spoke to was very polite and professional. I would like to hear back from Dustin if possible so that we can talk about why there was nothing done about my rear view camera being fixed.Thank you

Everything looked good until I saw the bumper on the driver side… it was not flush… it seemed as if someone removed but didn’t reinstall it properly. I was told to bring it back to let the technician look at it. I brought it back in at 7:30 on 4/11, but I was advised to bring it back at a later time because they have their morning meeting. I will try to get it back in soon. Hopefully someone will get that small concern fixed. Other than that the work was great

Work was done very well the second time. Disappointed about the power steering not being fixed. I was told that it was not part of the accident. The car was running fine until the accident. If a car comes in from an accident, I believe the car should leave your workshop in proper driving conditions. Thank you. Good job we appreciate it thank you all.

Everything that ProCare done while my BMW was getting repaired was above excellent and the employees there also assisted in helping sort out other issues dealing with my rental. I would definitely use ProCare in Katy again. They are a very honest business.
