Estimator was very upbeat and helpful, I will say that the front desk personnel (2 younger females) were not friendly when I greeted with good morning ladies upon me dropping off my car. The afternoon experience was much different.

Amazing! The highest quality service. From start to finish, the process was smooth and easy. I was greeted by Dustin who makes you feel at ease and important! He quickly went through the process, and I was out within 15 minutes. While my car was at the shop, I got follow up messages everyday on the status of the car. I highly recommend Classic Collision and Dustin is an amazing, most friendly and courteous staff. This was my 2nd car to be repaired here. Thank you Dustin and your entire team (Avery).
