I was told I would have an empty by the end of business day. I called around 4-4:30 as I had not heard anything. Come 6pm still no call. Drove 40 minutes to the shop only to find everyone had left and my car locked inside.. I had no transportation to work and had to call in, losing money out of my pockets.. when I finally get an updated I’m told “normal wear and tear” on the trunk latch. My latch was broken from the time it got fixed originally until I brought it back in. Unable to use my trunk that entire time. Yet I was responsible for paying almost $400 for it to be fixed. I was very disappointed and will not be bringing my service or money back.
