The quality of work is decent. Unfortunately, the examiner didn’t stay on the job when my truck was done. So the full perspective of what was called out as damage verses previously there for the insurance company to approve the job wasn’t there to confirm what I assessed with the examiner. From what I remember, the damage that showed afterwards was within the areas called out but even after visiting the to confirm, I can’t be certain nor can the current employees. Yet, for the work apparently approved/insurance paid for was well done. My main grievance is that the ‘4x4’ decal was ordered at Amazon… supposedly… and still hasn’t been received and/or called me to put it on. It’s been 2-3 weeks now with no results in which I had to call/visit to find out. Also, I had to plug in the keypad door lock though I’m not too troubled to do that. I appreciate their extra service in cleaning my truck after their work.

The repairs took longer than expected, but the quality of repair is excellent. However, during the first few days of use after the repair, I noticed the front camera had some technical issues. For instance, when my car approached another car too closely, the front camera would sometimes show a white screen instead of camera footage and the system didn't provide a warning. However, after those initial few days, the issue seemed to resolve itself.

Wrong part ordered initially, second visit fixed two of three parts but again wrong part ordered for third part. Have not heard back since that visit as to when the last part will be in and replaced.
