It took a little time, but we were kept in the loop about everything and everyone was sooooo nice. The car was so clean when we picked it up, like cleaner than we left it, and that was such a nice surprise! The car looks good as new (and so shiny!)

Not happy with the sloppy paint work on the bumper and underside of the tailgate. I also did not authorize you to use after market parts on my car.

The service was outstanding! Shannon and her co-workers at the front desk were absolutely a joy to work with. I wish I knew everybody's names so I could thank them personally so this is my next best thing to make that happen . They were very attentive and made the fact that I had to bring my car in to be repaired not a sad occasion at all. I love the messages I would get regarding the progress of the repair on my car. It was very informative and kept me in the loop. As for the work that was done I can find nothing wrong with it , it looks wonderful just like new, and the time frame was on the mark, letting me know when it would be finished. No one wants to go in to have their car repaired but in this case all of you made it a much less painful situation. I thank of you once again for your professionalism, friendliness and five star service or how about 10 stars! If I had to go back for any repairs on my car I would definitely go to Classic Collision next time but I really don't want there to be a next time, but if I do, you will be the one place I go for repairs. Please pass along all the accolades, awards, services pins, and pay raises Etc ., that these fine people all deserve. I cannot say enough superlative words about Classic Collision!
