The car looks completely brand new; paint job is perfect, replaced door works perfectly. One would never know there had been a bad scrape and damage to the rear quarter. I’m very pleased overall, and will definitely recommend Classic to others.

There was a little blemish on the front fender and the Lexus TX500h emblem wasn't replaced on the rear hatch so I will need to go back in to have these items addressed.

I liked their regular communication of sending texts every Tuesday and Thursday to recap progress. But, the overall repair took 6 weeks and there was incorrect information communicated to me at times.
