CC was faster than expected and did a great job installing and repairing all damage on my vehicle. all items in the car were carefully packed into a bag and we reviewed the car in detail together before driving home.

I had to call CC a couple of time to inquire about parts arriving and scheduling the repair. needless to say with Covid related supply chain delays things took a bit longer than originally communicated, no big deal in the end. however I would have loved for a more proactive approach to updating me on delays.

One delay that occurred was totally avoidable. I actually showed Xavier the old mirror and he said it could not be used and that you would order a new one: then, not having remembered to order that mirror caused a delay.
