Rear storage compartment inside vehicle which sits above spare tire was riffled through, with items scattered over the rear of the vehicle. A double sided ratchet wrench 1/2 & 9/16 is missing. I use it to install my bike rack. There was no reason to go through this compartment.

I chose the Macadam location because of the multiple good reviews on Yelp. I was not disappointed. Tom was friendly at the front. But it’s really the guys in the garage really are the ones who did a most excellent job in blending the paint of the new bumper and fender to the rest of the 10 year old car. It all looks new! Very satisfied

Seemed observant, cleaned the car does not look scratched. I use a lambs wool mitt and do not use a drive-thru carwash.

Docusign (digital signature) can be incorporated into the Geico Claims process with businesses they partner with (recommend) in lieu of requiring clients physically travel to a vehicle servicer shop. That being said the staff were professional, free k-cup coffee was available, TV news, and a reasonable amount of time transpired during each visit.
