It did take twice as long as I was told to expect, which did not happen to be a problem for me but could be a real problem for someone else. One problem was that the onset of work was delayed 2-3 days due to not having a service agreement signed, which seems like a basic problem that could be corrected on your end. That said, communication was easy and pleasant and the work done seems top-notch. Thank you.
