There was zero communication throughout the process. From scheduling to pick up was a nightmare and so disorganized. It took a month to get in (fine, places are short staffed). Then I “scheduled” via email which included no information regarding the insurance process, did not confirm my appointment, or give me a time estimate for the repair. Then when I arrived to drop the car they had no idea who I was. I was never informed of cost or time estimates after they were completed. I even asked for every other day updates and did not receive a single one. Finally, they told me the car was ready when they had caused a sensor malfunction and a warning light was on. The solution was that I could take it down the road to another dealership for evaluation.

I never felt valued as a customer. The whole experience was very unpleasant from start to finish. Shocking! I would never recommend this company. The one on capital hwy, which I have been to in the past, was soooo nice. But not the macadam location.
