I'm really hoping this is a one off situation that my car is still not complete close to 2 months later.
Repair Quality - 1.0/5.0 -
I was told my car would be done Friday. Then told it was still Missing parts, should be done Monday. Returned my rental Monday and went to pick up my car. It was still damaged and missing paint. Wait again until Wednesday, was told it was done went to pick it up and it's still missing Paint. I still do not have it back and you have had it since September 2 nd. Also my lanyard for my keys is missing and no one knows where it went. If it was going to be removed and lost it should have been given back to me when I brought the car in. It was a gift and I am not happy about it being missing.... Hope to get both back soon!!
