when I got to your shop to pick up my car scratches were still there. Even though Charlie and I did a walk through and it was pointed out to him. As he said he was going to take care of it. All scratches are still on the car. Scratches were acquired during the time the person who stole my vehicle.

I was nervous about going with a different shop than before. Cristi answered all of my questions and I had many. They returned my car 2 days sooner than scheduled. I have 3 kids and my car was well a mess. Cristi went the extra mile to vaccum it, more like deep clean it. I hadnt seen my floor mats in years! Thank you Classic and thank you Cristi!
