Cristi was very friendly and responsive to any questions I had. Unfortunately she went on vacation for a week right after I dropped off my car for repairs, that week was exhausting just trying to get any answers from Tim, even when I spoke with the insurance company, had the answers and was trying to inform him he seemed completely lost and just added more frustration to the situation. Every time I tried to communicate with the body shop while Cristi was on vacation either no one answered or I had to have a frustrating conversation with someone who never knew what was going on. The repair itself seems very good, hoping there will be no issues with it going forward. Thank you Cristi & all of the body shop techs that repaired my vehicle!

Associates are professional. Only complaint I can say is the length of time for the repair. Since I was paying for a rental out of pocket I was hoping for a timelier turnaround. I’m still happy with the completed job. I was very happy the Car was returned clean as a whistle.
