This was the second repair work on the same vehicle in about 5 years. Both times the work completed was excellent.

My customer service rep was always very polite and respectful. I’m giving a rating of 7 because of the delays in completing the repairs. I was told it was a 5 day job and it took 12 days. Every other day I was kept being told that the work would be completed in two more days. A more accurate assessment would have been a better approach.
