My car was great. The communication was not good. I had to call numerous times for updates. They ended up getting the wrong part in and we had to escalate to the manager for thorough communication.

From Beginning to end, Meyerland collision was superb. The personal touch in correlating with Enterprise, the explanation of acquiring replacement parts, the ultimate repair done very well. Hopefully, I won't have to come back soon from a collision, but if i do, I will be coming to Meyerland Collision!

I truly love the team at Classic Collision! I have to shout out Brandan he was so knowledgeable and helpful throughout everything I needed to know. He was so professional speaking to me on every step of the process of my vehicle. I was confident with leaving my vehicle in their hands to repair! 10/10 AMAZING work! Very satisfied with the job! Team communicated throughout the entire process and the job was completed when they said it would be.. The icing on the cake: I was able to return my rental car at the classic collision shop which saved me the extra drive to enterprise in Houston traffic. 10 out of 10 recommend this team.
