Overall I was satisfied. We were surprised by a 3% credit card fee of the $500 deductible. We weren’t aware of this in advance otherwise we would have paid in cash or do a bank transfer. I think my father in law who took the vehicle for me was especially upset by this, but thought the quality of the work was good.
