The thing that I noticed with the new grill is that it is not all locked in. From what I see some of the snapes are not locked in. I could be completely wrong. I am not mad at your company everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and very professional. I was told the car would be washed when I picked it up and it was not washed. Thats not a big deal just a little disappointed.&*

The repairs were completed quickly and faster than the ETA. The front staff (Veronica and I forgot the gentleman's name) were very kind and professional. OAN: I inadvertently left a personal item (green makeup bag) under the driver's seat of the white Audi rental car and will stop by tomorrow morning (Tues. May 21) at 8am (per Collin Todd's recommendation) to pick up before the Enterprise reps pick up. Thank you.

Very good communication I was notified about the progress of my car as it happened. Repairs were done ahead of schedule which was great since I had to leave town. During pick up everyone was very helpful explained what was repaired and very knowledgeable with all questions and concerns. Highly recommend.
