Keep delaying and never update the status unless I asked. Even I asked, you never get it done by the date you promised. Most importantly, I was told that my car is ready for pickup today, but it was not when I later reach out before I went. I have no idea when I can get my car...Your management and system are like a shit.

There are some things that need to be fixed. There is part of the bumper sticking out, it is not flush. There are also nicks in my tint on both of my windows. Hopefully it will get fixed on Friday.

The repair itself looks great. I was treated well by all staff members. The only issue was the completion date - it kept getting pushed back. The automated texts are impersonal and it was discouraging to receive automated texts about a later completion date than promised. The quality of the repair to my front bumper was excellent though. The car wash at the end was much appreciated.

Everyone was certainly nice, but the repairs kept taking longer and longer. I was given no less than 5 dates that my car would be ready by. When that day would come I would calll and would be told, “we don’t know if we have all of the parts.” Additionally, when the car was picked up we were asked to pay a $1,000 rather than the correct $250

I dropped my car of to Classic Collision Meyerland North around January 30 for it to be repaired. The right side of the car had been hit by a unknown driver, while it was parked at my apartment. There were no other problems with the car when I dropped it off. Now the repairs on the vehicle was taking a long time to complete, and my maximum time on my rental was coming up. So I called the shop and asked for an update. I was told that the painting was basically over, but my right side mirror had broken and needed to be replaced. I was confused because I didn't understand why the mirror was even touched. The person I spoke with said that the door had to be removed for painting. I still didn't understand because the damage to the car was basically near the back of the car. After calling back several times to get updates I was told again that they were waiting on parts. Around February 26 I actually went to the shop to see for myself. The car looked like it was ready, but I was told by a service manager named Johnny that my liftgate on my Nissan Pathfinder was not opening and that his tech guy was looking into it for me. Now I told him that I have never had a problem with the liftgate and I opened it to get my personals out of it the day I dropped it off. He said that when they went through their diagnosis a sensor stated that something was wrong, and that they were given me a courtesy by trying to fix it. Once again I stated to him that I never had a problem with that liftgate. Two days later Feb 28 I was told that the repairs were completed and I coul pick it up. When I got there to pick it up I did my inspection, and realized that the liftgate would not open. I immediately told the young man inside that my liftgate was not opening. He said he would let the tech look at it. So I waited. A few minutes later Johnny came and told me that I dropped it off in that condition and since it was not part of the claim then it was nothing he could do. Now after a few minutes of both of us going back and forth he stated that if I go and buy the parts he would have his body guy do it for no labor charge. I told him that why would you agree to do that if you had no fault. He told me once again it would be as a courtesy to me. Now I got my car and left. Now driving home I noticed that the glass hatch sensor came on and I pulled over to see why. I found out that the hatch had been opened. I tried shutting it but it wouldn't lock or stay shut. So I immediately drove back to the shop and told Johnny. He said that the tech had to open the hatch in order to open up the lift gate to check it out. I told him that now the glass hatch is not closing properly. He stated that is how it was when I dropped off the car for repairs. I told him that I didn't even know that the glass hatch could even be opened. I have never used the glass hatch, and that the sensor never came on until I picked up the car from the shop. He insisted that they had nothing to do with the damage to the lift gate nor the Glass Hatch. I also showed him that it looks lift someone had removed something from the area were the liftgate lock switch should be. In it's place was a hole that had know cover. Once again he stated the shop didn't do anything wrong. I left and reported to these concerns to my insurance company . I will never use nor recommend Classic Collision Meyerland North to anyone I know. I feel that they are responsible for the damage to that lift gate and the Glass Hatch.

I was left in the waiting room for over an hour. The young lady that did my paperwork & initially waited on me did apologize however & stated that she forgot that I was there after asking me to sit in the waiting area. They also had forgotten about another customer that was waiting there with me. A member of the staff had to drive me to the rental facility in his own personal vehicle. She only realized it because it was near closing time & she came in the waiting room to pick up trash & to turn off the lights. That was unacceptable, I wasn’t upset but I was disappointed in the service.
