Everyone was great, from Chloe the receptionist to Chris to Johnny. The repairs took a little longer than anticipated but I was happy to wait to have the job done right the first time. The only reason I didn't give a full 10 was because some paint leaked into the right front passenger door handle, making it hard to open and close. I brought the car back and they were able to resolve the situation quickly at no extra cost. The regular text updates about the timeline for repairs were very helpful, and I had no problem working through the insurance with them to cover the cost of the repairs and the rental. Hope I don't have to be back anytime soon but if I do I definitely know where I'll be going!

The wrong bumper was used. Pre-collision sensor doesn’t work, which makes the cruise control also not work. This is requiring multiple trips back to the facility.

Car door was damaged during repair, which was not even the part that needed repair, and attempts to contact to get it fixed by me and my insurance company are not answered or returned.

Communication from shop was less than desirable. Received daily text message updates regarding the availability of my car and was not informed that it would actually end up being there for two more weeks. Due to a replacement part arriving damaged. Attempts to contact were only met with a full voicemail box.

Initially did a great job texting stays of vehicle. Then stopped getting texts after initial time was supposed to be ready. Over holiday and cold weather reported to cause delays. After that I had to call every few days to check, and date kept getting pushed back. Quality of work is very good though.

The work was very well done, but it took almost 9 weeks for them to complete the job. I was not updated - I had to call for updates. The staff was friendly, the shop is very nice, clean and well organized.

Classic collision’s did an awesome job with my vehicle actually way better than the last collision company. I am extremely happy with their work and their team of professionals.
