From the moment I brought my car in, your team was very attentive and thoroughly explained what to expect. They arranged car rental. They kept me updated via text to let me know the progress and delays were explained. The team was always friendly courteous and professional. Cassidy was amazing. This was also the quickest my car has ever been repaired. The quality of the finish was outstanding. I highly recommend this crew to work on any and all body work should I ever need it again.

The car looked nice. However, I am waiting to get my refund back from American Express. I paid again wit debit minus the $35 I was charged for using a credit card. I was not told upfront that I would be charged 3% fee for using credit. I am in limbo about the credit card refund. So as of now I have twice for the one repair. I can update when I receive confirmation from credit card that my money is being refunded. I am upset in the entire turn of events.i just want my credit card refund ASAP.
