My auto looks like it did before the collision. My.problem is 2 fold. 1. I was a customer. Because there was a switch in which insurance company was paying the bill, the clerk did not want to re-do the bill charging the other insurance company. This decision left me with NO rental 2. I realize that the company is NOT responsible for items left in the vehicle.I left (un be known to me) a set of keys in the console. They are now gone.

The only reason I didn't give a 10 is because on my Benz, you replaced the bumper, but only did one headlight panel. Now I have one headlight brand new. And one that looks extremely old. And doesn't match. With the front panel being replaced, both headlights should have been done as well! Other than that, job well done. Also, I did have to come back twice because it was finally ready two days after the day I was given! I wouldn't hesitate if I was asked to use the company again though! Communication and customer service was good

Very good, I believe Haley was who I talked with, and met when we brought my car. She was very friendly and very nice. She let me know when my car should be, then they were able to complete my car 1 day early.
