The process went great from time the car was dropped off to completion of repairs. Had really good communication from classic collision every step of the way. They did a great job.

Most repairs were done in time with the exception of a back ordered part. They were prompt in getting the vehicle back and insurance and payment was easy. Only complaint is the smell in the car. Smells like there is an air freshener in it and I don’t care for the scent. Minor in the grand scheme of things!
