Guillermo was really nice, in person and on the phone, he even remembered my name after only being there once 3 weeks prior. He actually tried to make things work for my schedule. The front desk receptionist, not so nice.

My first appointment was not kept. My husband and I each drove an hour to keep the apt and was told they couldn't do it. Guiermo was very helpful and resolved the issue and made a new apt and got everything done ahead of time.
