My work keys and house key being removed from the key ring has been a major problem and caused major repercussions for me that did not have to occur if the keys stayed the way they were left with the company and for them to say they never received them when presented with the situation and hung up on was unacceptable

Such a great place. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Got it in fast and was done in great timing. It’s good to know that being a single woman I could feel like I could trust them on doing a great job and they weren’t trying to deceive me in anyway. Great to do business with them.

My interior roof is destroyed 😢 I just hope they fix it. They are closed on the weekends, so I can't report it until Monday morning. I'm not sure what they did, but I didn't give them the car in that condition. I am totally upset and would not recommend anyone take their car to Classic Collision. Hopefully they make it right and that'll change my opinion.
