the gentleman that initiated my order to do my car did not communicate at all to me told me my car will be ready on a certain date went to go get my car he didn't do half the things he said he was going to do it took the GM stepping in for me to get my car the very next day the guy said that they were missing apart to find out there was no part missing it took the GM to get them to assemble my car again when my car was supposed to be ready on the 2nd it could have been ready on the 2nd but because I guess my business wasn't appreciated it wasn't done it took the GM stepping in the date at my car was supposed to be ready in order to get my car done it was the worst experience I've ever had and I really got treated like a second class citizen until the GM stepped in Eddie did an amazing job getting everything done and making sure it was everything was corrected but it's still left a bad taste in my mouth

the gentleman was very indifferent didn't speak to me at all didn't handle my car with the service excellence that they portrayed that they had did not care about my business at all did not care about my car at all he was horrible he treated me like a second class at the same and my money was not worth it
