I truly can't say enough about Classic Collision. Getting in a wreck is tough, but they fixed everything quickly, they communicated very well and they were all very friendly. I hope I don't get in another wreck, but if I do, I am coming back.

Overall, I was satisfied with the customer service from the repair shop personnel. The only confusing issue was a glitch with the text message system. Although I received a call explaining the glitch, I had forgotten about it and showed up expecting to pick up t he vehicle—but the text message I received was still incorrect.

Yes, highly recommend. Customer service (maybe Jasmine?) was very friendly and helpful. Victor (reviewed car with us at pickup time) . Victor was very thorough in reviewing what was repaired and even laughed at my husband's bad jokes.
