Everyone was friendly and when I voiced any concerns, it was taken care of right away. Lovely people. Every interaction made me feel like I was in good hands. I was very stressed when everything happened with my car and they genuinely gave me peace of mind. HUGE thank you to Andrea for keeping me updated every step of the way. The total experience was from beginning to end was great. Beginning from the drop off to pickup. Fredrick had a quick update in regards what was submitted to my insurance for approval(I liked that), and when my vehicle was expected to be ready. All 10’s from my point of view! Their system kept me updated in timely manner. It was nice to see a collision business with smiles on their faces!

Excellent repairs, cannot even tell it was damaged, and the repairs were so quick. My only complaint is the oppressively strong lemon scented cleaner that was initially nauseating and is still present about a month later.
