Anders provided excellent customer service and communication, from the initial call, to text messages, to the final call letting me know my car was ready 7 days ahead of schedule. He also provided me with information on coordinating with the rental car company, making the whole process smooth and less stressful. The car looked beautiful and clean. He went over everything they had done and assured me they had tested the associated electronics. He was very friendly and attentive to providing the best customer service. Fantastic customer service! Ander contacted me just a few hrs after I spoke with my insurance company saying to bring my car in immediately. He continued communication during the repair, and he ended up finishing the repair in just 2 days. He was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. My car looks fantastic.
