I don't think it's the shops fault too much. I fault what was approved by the progressive agent. The work it totally unacceptable. My car was a relatively new 2018 Toyota highlander xle with 89,000. Now I call it Frankenstein bc it looks like it was put together by old or spare parts. The alignment is still totally off and the front right tire makes a terrible noise when turning right. I do not accept this work at all and am afraid to drive it at all. Really shoddy work in my opinion.
