I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. Having a car accident is traumatizing. Within 24 hours progressive was in contact with them and it was like I was their only customer. I am a high anxiety person but they kept me completely calm. I had eith phone calls or text messages at least every other day updating me on status, completion date, and anything else I needed to know. I'm the person who always believed I had to go to the dealership for everything. How wrong I've been. I've wasted so many tears and so much time. I'm so thankful for classic collision.
