The young guy who did ALL we needed from the beginning to end is a REAL human being of INESTIMABLE VALUE! We are more than surprised at his level of decorum, professionalism with no BIAS at all. This was unfortunate. My experience was horrible because they did not let me know my vehicle was not going to be ready on the day quoted and too late to secure a rental. This incompetent timing ruined my plans for the weekend. I lost precious time and money for this.

Communication was very poor. The lead time was way off. I had to rent a car because they did get my car finished in the time they quoted. Even though the parts did not come in on time is not my problem. They should have been very forthcoming on this potential, and even after that, the part was incorrect, did not fit correctly. This led to yet another visit, and another bumper to make everything perfect.

Unfortunately, again this fell short. Courtesy of communication was so lax. I was blindsided by having to cough up the money to rent a car. This was all their fault. Yet, no recompense. The account manager for this was totally inadequet to handle this job. Yet no one stepped up to hold him totally accountable. So this whole shop is inadequet.
