The young guy who did ALL we needed from the beginning to end is a REAL human being of INESTIMABLE VALUE! We are more than surprised at his level of decorum, professionalism with no BIAS at all. He is a super valuable asset to the company and we do wish this is expressed to him. This was unfortunate. My experience was horrible because they did not let me know my vehicle was not going to be ready on the day quoted and too late to secure a rental. This incompetent timing ruined my plans for the weekend. I lost precious time and money for this.

Communication was very poor. The lead time was way off. I had to rent a car because they did get my car finished in the time they quoted. Even though the parts did not come in on time is not my problem. They should have been very forthcoming on this potential, and even after that, the part was incorrect, did not fit correctly. This led to yet another visit, and another bumper to make everything perfect.

Unfortunately, again this fell short. Courtesy of communication was so lax. I was blindsided by having to cough up the money to rent a car. This was all their fault. Yet, no recompense. The account manager for this was totally inadequet to handle this job. Yet no one stepped up to hold him totally accountable. So this whole shop is inadequet.

When I went to pick up my vehicle, you could see all of the dimple marks and they tried to tell me it was supposed to be that way I would not accept the vehicle and I contacted my insurance company. Then classic collision fest up and said they used an aftermarket part when I had expressed to the insurance company I wanted original equipment so they ordered the original bumper from the manufacturer and had to repaint and install and now it looks just fine. It’s sad that they tried to pull one over and I had to not accept the vehicle at that point. Secondly, when I dropped the vehicle off, I told the gentleman that I had not washed the car since the accident so they could see the damage and he said that was fine. It was better that way, so yes, they could see the damage but I did make a statement, but I have a full tank of gas when I went to pick up the vehicle. I had a quarter tank of gas and they had the vehicle since Tuesday, February 10 so they showed me pictures of the gauges allegedly at drop off which show a quarter tank of gas. There is no way that my car used 3/4 of a tank of gas to go 15 miles and they put 6 miles on it so there’s some funny business going on with that so people check your gauges. Take your own pictures. I have asked for the pictures with the time and date stamp. I have yet to receive them, but I know 100% and I always pay with a debit card at the gas station and I know when I gassed up because my app tells me when I was there so funny business with the gas situation and I’m not happy.

Every person we came into contact with was professional and friendly. The vehicle looks great and was very clean when we picked it up. Ander kept us informed along the way and has great customer service and communication skills. Highly recommend!
