I am beyond happy! They were very communicative and thorough and honest. A lot of the reviews mention how long they take, and honestly while that can be inconvenient… (luckily I was able to have a rental) I would rather have a shop take their time, be thorough, and double-check every detail. And they truly did. They went over everything on my Jeep all the way down to the passenger-side mirror light that warns you when a car is next to you. The original estimate had my repair finishing on the 21st, and after the adjuster looked at it, they moved it up to the 12th… and I still ended up getting it back early. Ready to go today and they still made sure to check every little detail. They respected it. It was far from clean (which I’ll be fixing lol) but not a bunch of oily fingerprints or any mess they actually kept everything intact just as I remember it being. They didn’t rush anything, they explained everything to me clearly, and the repair came out perfect. My Jeep looks exactly like it did the morning of the accident, and knowing they triple-checked things like the alignment gives me real peace of mind. I’m extremely happy with the work and grateful to have my vehicle back looking and driving right. I recommend Classic Collision to anyone and everyone. They are really good people to trust.
