Overall very happy. The service was great, the time estimate was amazingly accurate, and the work looks great. There was a tail light out that was not out before that I wish had been checked, and the tailgate now beeps like there’s an error when it is fully open. Not sure what that’s all about but it’s new.

My passenger side mirror (which was basically decapitated), looks great. You pulled out the dent on that side & the passenger front door opens without rubbing or creaking. I was kept informed & it was fixed faster that I thought it would be. Everyone was friendly & professional. And I was able to return my rental to Classic Collision. Thank you for everything.

The shop damaged another area of my car when completing the original repair. They stated they would paint the area but when I returned, they sloppily just waxed the area and left the scratch marks. I had to return a 3rd time and they still hadn’t repainted the area they damaged but did a “deep polish”. The scratches are still evident but I did not want to continue with this shop.
