The process involved no hassle, the staff were friendly, and I was able to retrieve my vehicle the day it was fixed. One caveat though: While it was made clear to me that my vehicle wouldn't be cleaned, I didn't think that meant it would be returned to me in such an unclean state. The lower sides were splattered with mud and my interior floor mat was stained with grease. In addition, whoever drove my vehicle changed my radio station and adjusted the seat and mirrors and didn't even attempt to return them to their previous states. Customer vehicles should be returned as you receive them whenever possible.

Across the board I was very impressed and happy with my experience with Classic Collision. All of the representatives were friendly, easy to talk to, knowledgeable and understanding. This my first experience using an insurance claim and the fact they work with the insurance company made it super easy. The window replacements were the exact same kind so there was no variation in tint and the paint job was perfect. And In the end my repairs finished ahead of schedule! I’d definitely recommend their service going forward.
