I have to say that Chulki was the most helpful, knowledgeable and nice person to work with. He helped my with some stressful issues I was having with my insurance company, he gave me alot of his undivided attention and time when he (and the whole team) were very busy, and just gave me the best customer service experience ever. My car was ready days before I had been told, the work was great and all the paperwork was seamless and effortless (for me), thanks to Chulki and your company. Thank you for making a bummer of a situation (having my car vandalized) go as smoothly as possible.

Chulki was what made a lot of my experience with Classic Collison on Powell, one of the best that I've ever had with a automotive shop. He kept me updated along the entire process with important updates and did everything within his abilities to make sure it was a smooth process. From drop-off to pick-up, to getting a rental car, and dealing with my insurance, Chulki made the process as smooth as possible. After I picked my car up the first time, it still had some issues with some of the safety sensors and electronics in the front of the car. I had told Chulki about this prior to dropping of my vehicle, but after the repairs were completed, the problem did not replicate, so it was assumed to be fixed. When I called and told Chulki that I still had a problem, he got me in the same day, and got my vehicle to a dealership to be recalibrated and back to me in 2 days. I greatly appreciate his service to me throughout the whole process. I would also like to mention that a few times when I called in for Chulki, Sage would pick up. Although I didn't deal with her in the shop, she had great CSR over the phone. Thank you Classic Collison! Hiring Chulki was a great decision!

Very easy experience, and the staff took good care of me the whole way. Amber was specifically helpful, providing updates, answering my process questions, and doing her best to speed parts delivery to the shop to get my car repaired. While I hope never to see them again for car repair, it's great to know they're there if I DO need them again.

Had a mechanic answer on initial call in. He said they weren't sure if and when they could get me in. I started looking elsewhere them Amber called me a day or two later and took care of us. Thanks to Amber things were easy and smooth from there. Give that woman a raise please.
