Classic Collision did a great job with my repair. The folks there were kind and understanding, they explained things clearly, and they were pretty quick. And even through GEICO didn’t actually confirm an appointment, they still took my car when I showed up. The color match is as close as humanly possible. I have a unique color that can be difficult to replicate, but the paint folks did an really great job trying to match it

I was not given a timeframe for completion upon drop off. The promised rental car was not present, which caused time delays on my part. My contact info was verified at that time. I had to follow up a week later on any communication for updates. At that time I was given a date of 7.22.26 for completion. This date came and went without any update. After calling I was asked “are you not getting our texts?” Nope. My phone was verified again and I finally got a text update. The vehicle was not given back to me until today 7.29.26. The vehicle looks great but the communication was horrible.
