I was satisfied with Classic Collision in Renton. I communicated mostly with Damon and Trent, and the process was straightforward. The car was repaired, and I haven’t had any issues so far (one week after the repair). Communication was great, I received regular updates. I also really liked that when you call them, a person answers on the other end, not an automated system asking you to press buttons.

Took way too long. car was washed and cleaned inside, thanks for that. Not sure why you needed to disconnect the battery, I then have to reset a bunch of things in the menu.
