My expectations were met and more. Friendly, tuned in to my needs, communication was unbelievable and great. Service writer very knowledgeable and easy to have a conversation about my car. Checking was pleasant (think I was first one in). Checking out was so easy. Service writer went over all the repairs and had an explanation for them. Great experience that I did not expect.
