My experience was great from beginning to end. Justin answered all of my questions and explained what I could expect and how the process would work, and this was before I even decided to go with them for my repair. He was very patient and willing to explain everything, especially since I had never had to get a vehicle repaired before. Because of that, I felt comfortable choosing them. When I dropped off my vehicle, Justin looked it over and gave me a rough estimate of about a week and a half. He did mention that this could change due to parts (it was 9 days before Christmas) or if they needed to replace the entire doors, but he kept me informed and the Carwise site also updated the ETA. Once the repairs were done, Justin gave me call once my car was done and i picked up my car. The whole process was very simple and stress-free. The customer service was impeccable.
