The repair itself looks great. They were great about communicating and sending texts in the beginning and with carwise. Then the day off my pickup date, all text communication stopped. I called 3 times about picking up my car or repair status updates and they kept saying the car was in paint. On the third call they said they had to exchange a faulty part and that's why it was still in paint. The 4th call was because I finally got a notification saying it was done. Called to confirm and they said they were actually waiting on another part to arrive. Then they finally called me the next day to say my car was done and ready for pickup. It wouldn't have been a big deal if they had just kept updating me via the texts that it had been delayed. The delay was not so much the issue, just the sudden lack of communication/updates.
