This is my second experience with AMM Rutland and felt confident I was getting the best care as every person I talked to were very polite and honest with me, especially Kelly! They understood my needs and worked with me and ny schedule to basically get the car in and out even after having a delay in ordering a part. I would definitely recommend!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Derek! He went above and beyond to get my car repaired the right way and it came out perfect! Derek had to deal with a poorly responsive insurance company and didn’t back down until he got the final approval from them to repair my car the right way. Derek was extremely thorough and instantly made me feel at ease with his genuineness and assured me that he was going the best he could to get the job done right. Additionally, jasmine did an insane job detailing my car and making it look brand new. 10/10 would recommend Derek and his team to anyone I know who has collision repair needs in the future and I will certainly be back. Thank you again Derek!!! You’re awesome!!!

Kelly was really amazing during the entire process while our vehicle was being repaired. She has a genuine concern for the customers and really cared about us. She was so gracious and patient with answering all our questions. I think she went above and beyond to update us on the progress of the repairs. She was very responsive to our text messages and was super professional. She is a real asset to AMM. Please commend her for her amazing work. If we ever need repairs on a vehicle in the future we will absolutely return just because of Kelly and great experience she provided to us.

Had a good repair except for some read smear marks on my spoiler that was not there before, but easy enough to buff out. Communication was good at first than began to lack very quickly
